Posthog is flexible in my use case. It is free to start and flexible to query the analytics. If you know how to use sql, then it would bring you a lot of insights in advanced use cases.

Mixpanel, But Google Analytics is free. I use it but I think the user experience is not good.

Mixpanel is great and has a new free plan for startups. I really like it. I never used Amplitude but people say good things about it also. I believe their cheapest plan starts at around $10k / year though (not disclosed).

Posthog and Mixpanel - in some ways Customer.io is getting up there with their analytics and dashboards. but yea I think if its a race - Mixpanel is likely leading the charge.. hard to beat google at their own game though haha.

Certainly! If you're looking for alternatives to Google Analytics, there are a few user-friendly options worth considering. One popular choice is "Matomo," an open-source analytics platform that offers similar features and data tracking capabilities without the need to share your data with third parties. Another great option is "Clicky," which provides real-time analytics, heatmaps, and more in an easy-to-navigate interface. "Mixpanel" is another user-friendly choice that focuses on event-based tracking, making it ideal for businesses wanting to understand user interactions. "Heap Analytics" is a hassle-free option that automatically captures all user interactions on your website, allowing for retroactive analysis. These alternatives can offer you valuable insights into your website's performance while prioritizing your data privacy.
