A reverse job board for product people; an ideal role board.

I see endless posts on LinkedIn and Twitter that go by the waste side because we're all too burnt out to care about companies hiring, plus we each have a finite number of people in our network. Or, I get hit up by recruiters for roles that I would never be interested in, or companies I know I would never work for (ahem Facebook).
Companies spend lots of time and money wasted on recruiting by contacting uninterested candidates, what if they could go right to a place to find people that want to do what the company needs? Also, recruiting is riddled with bias -- what if all you went by was what a person did, and what they wanted.

@jefffis, I visited your website ant it's quite good. In fact, we also launched a Job board 4 months back (well, completely different niche and hence complementing and not competing :)).
I had come up with this idea to give competition to ourselves - you can check the story. So, basically after I quit my career in the IT industry and entered the unknown waters (story), it was in IT focused recruitments. So, now we have a traditional nut innovative recruitment company, and a job board. With this experience I can say that both have their pros and cons.
A recruitment company is more employer-centric and reduces their pains because the employers get shortlisted candidates, and a job board is more candidate-centric - because the employers may still get profiles which may not be suitable.
But, I would say that your business model is good and it would have a lot of potential if you market it well. Check this interview of Terrie Lloyd on our website. This guy had come up with a similar idea to launch Daijob in Japan. He had sold that company and made some big money with that, but still today Daijob is one of the largest names in the recruitment industry in Japan.
