I work with Autocad and we have a fair amount of tech staff with us. Loom is such an easy way to show how to do something on your computer. Compared to other screen recorders I've found it cleaner on my larger running programs. Also the ability to file my videos is prime. Pros: easy, clean, visual communication Cons: getting coworkers to watch the videos, wish it had keystrokes
